Enfrentados con la finitud de la vida en un accidente de coche con su hijo no nacido dentro, los cineastas Marie-Catherine Theiler y Jan Peters se dan cuenta de pronto que sus vidas se han hecho demasiado agitadas. Pasan demasiado de su precioso tiempo corriendo de una reunión a otra, de una fecha límite a otra. Deciden cambiar sus vidas y aminorar el ritmo. Pero ¿cómo?
Being confronted with the finiteness of life in a car accident while carrying their unborn baby inside, the filmmakers Marie-Catherine Theiler and Jan Peters suddenly realize that their lives have become in a way too hectic. They spend too much precious time rushing from one appointment to the next, hunting deadline after deadline. They decide to change their lives and slow down. But how?

THEILER, MARIE-CATHERINE
Nacida en 1976 en Luzern. Estudió Teatro y Periodismo en la University of Bern and Fribourg. De 1997 a 2000, trabajó como actriz y ayudante en producciones teatrales en Bern. De 2000 a 2005, studió cine en ESBA, University of Fine Arts, Geneva. Entre 2005-06, realizó un master en ESBA Genf, con los profesores Claudio Pazienza y Jean-Louis Comolli, asistente de conversación en el HEAD (antiguo ESBA); en 2008, recibió la Grant for Berlin of the Kulturkommission Zentralschweiz.

PETERS, JAN
Nacido en Hannover en 1966, studio en Hamburg Art Institut (HfbK); en 1994, co-fundó el grupo de realizadores Abbildungszentrum. Además de cortos y largos, Jan también ha creado trabajos radiofónicos y participa en exposiciones de arte. Vive y trabaja en Berlín.

THEILER, MARIE-CATHERINE PETERS, JAN
Born in 1976 in Luzern. Studied Theater and Journalism at the University of Bern and Fribourg, assistant lecturer at the Theatre Institute, Bern. From 1997 to 2000, worked as an actress and assistant in theatre productions in Bern. From 2000 to 2005, studied film at ESBA, University of Fine Arts, Geneva. 2005-06, masterclass at ESBA Genf, professors Claudio Pazienza and Jean-Louis Comolli, assistant lecturer at the HEAD (old ESBA); in 2008, Grant for Berlin of the Kulturkommission Zentralschweiz.
Born in Hannover in 1966, studied at Hamburg Art Institut (HfbK); in 1994, he co-founded the filmmakers group Abbildungszentrum. Besides short and feature films, Jan also creates radiophonic plays and participates in art exhibitions. Lives and works in Berlin.
