Billy, un chico de 19 años, relfejo de una sociedad que no lo aporta nada, tiene una particular manera de ir de compras: estrellando coches robados contra los escaparates. Acaba de volver de prisión y se reune con su novia Jo y el resto de la banda.

Billy, a 19 years old boy, reflection of the society which gives him nothing, has a special way of going shopping: to crach stolen cars against the showcases. He has just returned from prison and reunite with his girlfriend Jo and the rest of the band.
