Un estado poderoso inicia una serie de experimentos con un nuevo gas que no mata a la gente sino que la adormece. Un día, por accidente, parte de ese gas caerá en un país pacífico, Nebelux, y provocará unas mutaciones muy extrañas.
A mighty state is experimenting with a new nerve gas that doesn’t kill, but numbs people. By accident, some of the gas is dropped on a peaceful country Nebelux, where suddenly strange mutations appear.
