Verano. Medio día, elegido casi al azar, en la vida de Mika, un niño de 10 años que vive en el campo con su familia en circunstancias reducidas. Su padre esta muy enfermo y no puede con la vida cotidiana de la granja. Necesitan la ayuda de Mika, pero el esta distraído por su hermana de 6 años, quien aun disfruta de una niñez sin preocupaciones y considera la granja como un lugar de diversión.
Summer. Half a day, chosen virtually at random, in the life of 10 year old Mika, who lives in the countryside with his family in reduced circumstances. His father is very ill and is unable to handle the daily work on the farm. Mika’s help is needed. But he is easily distracted by his 6 year old sister, who is still enjoying the carefree days of childhood, regarding the farmyard as her playground.
DIRECCIÓN: Grzegorz Muskala
Nació en Polonia en 1978. Estudió arte dramático, y Ciencias del Cine y la Televisión en Colonia entre 1997-2001. Del 2002 hasta 2003 estudio dirección de documentales y ficción en la Escuela Nacional de Cine de Polonia en Lodz. Desde 2004 esta estudiando dirección de cine en la Academia de Cine y Televisión Alemana en Berlín.
Born in Poland in 1978. He studied dramatics, film and television sciences in Cologne from 1997-2001. From 2002 until 2003 he studied fictional and documentary directing at the National Polish Filmschool (PWSFTviT) in Lodz. Since 2004 he is studying directing at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin.
