An experimental adaptation on Xavier Icaza’s speculative rant on the future of post-revolutionary Mexico. The meditation is timely and prescient, though it was written more than eighty years ago.

Realizador de documentales en cine y vídeo afincado en Los Ángeles. Su trabajo se ha proyectado en el MOMA de Nueva York, el Museo Reina Sofía de Madrid, el Festival de Cine de Sundance, los museos Guggenheim de Nueva York y Bilbao y otros festivales y museos de todo el mundo. Sus cortometrajes Natives (1991), T.S.H. (2003) y Magnavoz (2006) y largometrajes documentales Frontierland/Fronterilandia (1995), Ruins (1999) y The American Egypt (2001) han obtenido numerosos premios en festivales de cine de los Estados Unidos, Latinoamérica y Japón.
He is a documentary film and video maker based in Los Angeles. His work has screened at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, the Sundance Film Festival, Guggenheim Museums in New York and Bilbao and other festivals and museums internationally. His short films Natives (1991), T.S.H. (2003) and Magnavoz (2006) and feature length documentaries Frontierland/Fronterilandia (1995), Ruins (1999) and The American Egypt (2001) have won numerous prizes at film festivals in the United States, Latin America and Japan.
