Cuatro pescadores chilenos, realizando una faena ilegal en alta mar, reciben por radio la noticia del golpe de estado de 1973, ante lo cual surge la disyuntiva de regresar o alejarse definitivamente del país. Un motín a bordo desencadena la violencia que terminará con la vida de uno de ellos.

Four Chilean fishermen working illegally on the high sea received by radio the news of de coup d’etat in 1973. They are in a dilemma as to whether to return or definitely escape from the country. A mutiny on board triggers the violence which will put an end to the life of one of them.
