Una pareja de holandeses llega a Bruselas con intención de visitar la ciudad. Un taxista africano les ofrece sus servicios como guía, pero tiene una extraña visión de la capital europea. Señala el horrible Museo de la alcantarilla como Opera National, dice que el Atomium fue desmontado después de la Expo Universal y que el Manneken Pis cierra los fines de semana.

A Dutch couple arrives to Brussels with the aim of visiting the city. An African taxi driver offers them his services as a guide, but he has a bizarre vision of the capital of Europe. He points out the ugly sewer museum as the National Opera, he claims that the Atomium was taken down after the World Exibition, and that Manneken Pis is closed over the weekend.
