En un pueblo de Castilla, a finales del siglo XIX, un maestro de escuela y su alcade disputan sobre quién afrontará las obras de rehabilitación de la escuela pública. Cada uno aporta sus motivos sin entrar en razón. El tiempop pasa y no parece haber solución.

In a village of Castile,at the end of 19th century, the school teacher and his mayor discuss which of them will afford the rehabilitation works of the public school. Both of them contribute with their reasons, without coming to a understanding.The time passes and there seems to be no solution.
