Unos cuantos acres de tierra cubiertos de nieve. Un grupo de mujeres cazando. Una batida. Perdida en el bosque, una joven adolescente anuncia a su madre que va a marcharse de la granja familiar.
A few acres of land covered in snow. A group of women are hunting. A search. Lost in the forest, a young teenager announces her mother that she is leaving the family’s farm.

Estudió guión en la Université du Québec à Montreal (2000). Realizó también estudios cinematográficos en la Universidad de Montreal (2003), donde dirigió dos cortometrajes de ficción. Comme une image (2002) y Placebo (2002) fueron presentados en el Festival Internacional de Cine y Vídeo Independiente de Nueva York. En 2004 realizó, a sus 23 años, su primer cortometraje en 35 mm. titulado Le Pont, primero de una trilogía de cortos titulada Les Affluents. La película fue muy vista en festivales de todo el mundo y obtuvo tres premios. En 2008 escribió y dirigió La Battue.
He studied screenplay writing at Université du Québec à Montreal (2000). He also made cinematographic studies at Université de Montréal (2003), where he directed two short fiction films. Comme une image (2002) and Placebo (2002) were both presented at the 2003 New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. In 2004, he delivered, at the age of 23, his first 35 mm short called Le Pont, the first of a shorts trilogy called Les Affluents. The film was seen a lot in festivals around the world and was given three awards. In 2008 he wrote and directed La Battue.
