Un padre y una madre están comiendo la cena cuando su hijo aparece con una paloma herida en sus brazos. “¿Qué es esto?” Pregunta el padre. “¿A qué se parece?” Responde el hijo. La madre echa una mirada a la paloma y sigue haciendo lo que estaba haciendo. “Quiero que la paloma se quede” dice el hijo. “Imposible” replica el padre. “Quiero que la paloma se quede y la pongamos en una jaula”, insiste el hijo. “¿Quién pagará por esto? Pregunta el padre. “Tú” dice el niño. La madre no dice ni una palabra. Más tarde el padre y la madre se encuentran en la habitación.

Dinner. A father and mother are eating when their son shows up, carrying an injured dove in his arms. “What is that?“ asks the father. “What does it look like?” replies the son. The mother has a look at the dove and continues doing what she is doing. “I want the dove to stay”, says the son. “Impossible”, says the father. “I want the dove to stay and I want a cage for the dove”, insists the son. “Who will pay for that?” asks the father. “You”, says the son. The mother doesn’t say a word. Later on, the father and mother meet in the bedroom.
