Nace en Dinamarca en 1989. Se gradua de la Escuela Nacional de Cine Danés en 2017. Sus películas han competido y han sido exhibidas en IFFR, SXSW, Nordisk Panorama y OFF, donde su película Übermensch ganó el Mejor Cortometraje Danés en 2017. Ha recibido una Mención especial dos años consecutivos en Sheffield Doc / Fest y su película de graduación Weltschmerz ganó un Premio de la Academia Danesa. Su trabajo ha sido seleccionado (Staff Picked) por Vimeo y estrenado en Nowness y Short of the week’. Su primer largometraje Moonblood se presentó en CineMart, IFFR 2018.

Jesper Dalgaard (1989, Denmark) graduated from the National Danish Film School in 2017 and is an award-winning writer and director, who has been in competition and screened at IFFR, SXSW, Nordisk Panorama and OFF, where his film Übermensch won Best Danish Short Film in 2017. He has received a Special Mention two years in a row at Sheffield Doc/Fest and his graduation film Weltschmerz won a Danish Academy Award. His work has been Staff Picked by Vimeo, Premiered at Nowness and ‘Short of the week’. His first feature Moonblood was presented at CineMart, IFFR 2018.
