Castuera, España, abril de 1939. Durante la noche, dos guardias falangistas se presentan en la puerta de la casa donde Paz se refugia con su familia. Solicitan su presencia en la comisaría. Paz comprende inmediatamente la fatalidad de esta visita.
Castuera, Spain, April 1939. In the middle of the night two falangist guards knock at the door of the house where Paz is taking refuge with her family. They request her presence at the police station. Paz immediately understands the fatality of this visit.

Nació en Lisboa, donde vive y trabaja. Ha dirigido los cortometrajes Mupepy Munatim (2012) y Ascension (2016), seleccionado en competición en la Semaine de la Critique’16 de Cannes. Sus cortometrajes han sido seleccionados en más de 200 festivales internacionales, obteniendo varias distinciones. Trabaja desde 2013 en la productora cinematográfica portuguesa Terratreme Filmes y actualmente prepara su primer largometraje.
Born in Lisbon, where he lives and works. He directed the short films Mupepy Munatim (2012) and Ascension (2016), selected in competition at the Cannes Semaine de la Critique’16. His short films have been selected in more than 200 international festivals, winning several awards. He has been working since 2013 at the Portuguese film production company Terratreme Filmes. He is currently working on the development of his first feature film.
