The story of a nightmarish experience for power worker Bill Bennet when fugitives steal his car and lock him in the boot. As he struggles to free himself, his bonds cut into his wrists and he seems to be bleeding to death. In the high-speed chase that follows, the police, unaware of Bill’s predicament start to ram the boot of the car.
