Luiza es camarera de Rio de Janeiro y tiene el corazón roto. Se verá sometida a la crueldad de tener que celebrar el matrimonio entre su exnovio y su prometida. La caipiriña fluye y el funk carioca resuena al tiempo que Luiza se ve empujada al abismo. ¿Hasta dónde estará dispuesta a llegar para pasar una noche más con el hombre que ama?
A heartbroken Rio de Janeiro bartender, Luiza has to suffer the cruelty of watching her former lover and his fiancée celebrate their engagement. As the caïpirinha flows and the carioca funk blares, Luiza is pushed closer to the edge. Just how far will she go to spend one more night with the man she loves?

Magali estudió filosofía en La Sorbonne antes de obtener el Máster en Bellas Artes por la Universidad Paris 8. Es co-fundadora de la galería de arte contemporáneo La Decoupe. Ha trabajado de asistente para la artista francesa Sophie Calle. Antes de escribir, dirigir y producir su primer corto La Peau Vive (2007) trabajó en el desarrollo de proyectos cinematográficos. Cinderella, rodado en Río de Janeiro, es su segunda película (estrenada en el Festival de Sundance).
She studied philosophy at La Sorbonne before getting her Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Paris 8. Co-founder of Paris contemporary art gallery La Decoupe, she assisted French artist Sophie Calle and also worked extensively in film development before writing, directing and producing her first short film La Peau Vive (2007). Cinderela, shot in Rio de Janeiro, is her second film (premiered at Sundance Film Festival).
