La aparición del cadáver de Irene en el río nos introduce en un hostil mundo rural, seco, y desolador donde descubrimos una serie de personajes, atrapados en medio de un páramo, a los que el sol y la mina, han ido ennegreciendo por fuera y por dentro.

The find of Irene’s corpse in a river introduces us in a hostile dry bleak rural world where we meet a series of people trapped in a middle of a moor. The sun and the mine have darken their inside and their outside.
