Esma es una chica de 14 años con gran talento para el kickboxing y el sueño de convertirse en la mejor luchadora del mundo. Esma tiene también el temor permanente de perder a su madre enferma. Trabaja duro para preparar el combate más duro de su vida.
Esma is a 14 year old kickboxing-talent with big dreams of becoming the world’s greatest fighter. Esma also has the constant fear of losing her gravely ill mother. She works hard to prepare for her hardest match ever.

Cineasta afincada en Amsterdam. Estudió en la Hogeschool Voor de Kunsten, en Utrecht. Su film de graduación, Het Jonge Sprookje, fue seleccionada para el Festival de Cine Holandés y ganó el premio Wildcard del Dutch Filmfund. En 2018, durante el taller Kids&Docs del IDFA y Cinekid, desarrolló el documental Champ (Hazazah Pictures/NTR). La película que desarrolló con su premio Wildcard, Tijdloze Wolven, se estrenó en 2019 en el Dutch Filmfestival. En su trabajo, Cassandra siempre busca la manera de que la realidad y el mundo sensorial se encuentren formando un híbrido.
Cassandra Offenberg is a filmmaker from Amsterdam. She studied at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht. Her graduation film Het Jonge Sprookje was selected for the Dutch Filmfestival and won the Wildcard from the Dutch Filmfund. During the Kids&Docs workshop (2018) from IDFA and Cinekid she developed the youth documentary Champ (Hazazah Pictures/NTR). The film she developed with her Wildcard, Tijdloze Wolven (Witfilm), is expected to premiere in 2019 at the Dutch Filmfestival. In her work, Cassandra always searches for a hybrid form where reality and the sensory world meet.
