Nació en La Habana en 1984. Directora y guionista. Su primer cortometraje París, puertas abiertas (2014) fue ganador de la sección Haciendo Cine de la 12 Muestra Joven (ICAIC), Mención Especial de Ficción en la 14 Muestra Joven (ICAIC) y Gran Premio del Festival Nacional Por Primera Vez (2015). Ha sido selección oficial en los festivales Femele Eye Film Festival de Canadá, Aesthetica Magazine Film Festival de Inglaterra, Latino and Iberian Film Festival de Yale (LIFFY) de Estados Unidos y formó parte de una muestra de cine cubano contemporáneo exhibida en el Museo de Arte Moderno de São Paulo. Su segundo proyecto de cortometraje Un instante (2016), fue ganador de la sección Haciendo Cine, de la 14 Muestra Joven (ICAIC). Además, fue ganador del fondo Go-Cuba del Festival World Cinema Amsterdam y del Fondo Noruego para el Cine Cubano. En la 16 Muestra Joven (ICAIC) obtuvo el premio a la mejor ficción, así como los premios de mejor dirección, mejor guión, mejor diseño de banda sonora, mejor dirección de arte y mejor actuación femenina. También obtuvo el reconocimiento del jurado en las especialidades de fotografía, edición y producción. Este cortometraje participó como selección oficial en festivales como San Giò Verona Video Festival, Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale (LIFFY), Festival del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, World Cinema Amsterdam, Kaleidoskop-Filmforum… Su más reciente cortometraje, Atardecer en el trópico (2019) fue ganador del Fondo Noruego para el Cine Cubano y del fondo Go-Cuba 2018 del Festival World Cinema Amsterdam y selección oficial del 41 Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes Clermont-Ferrand.

Born in Havana in 1984. Director and screenwriter. Her first short film París, puertas abiertas (2014) was the winner of the Making Film section of the 12th Young Show (ICAIC), Special Mention of Fiction in the 14th Young Show (ICAIC) and Grand Prize of the Festival Nacional Por Primera Vez (2015). It was also selected at the Femele Eye Film Festival in Canada, Aesthetica Magazine Film Festival in England, Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale (LIFFY) in the United States and was part of a sample of contemporary Cuban cinema exhibited at the Art Museum Modern from São Paulo. His second short film project Un Instante (2016) was the winner of the Making Film section of the 14th Young Show (ICAIC). In addition, it won the Go-Cuba fund of the World Cinema Amsterdam Festival and the Norwegian Fund for Cuban Cinema. At the 16th Young Show (ICAIC) she won the award for best fiction, as well as the awards for best directing, best screenplay, best soundtrack design, best art direction and best female performance. She also obtained the recognition of the jury in the categories of photography, editing and production. This short film participated as an official selection in festivals such as San Giò Verona Video Festival, Latino and Iberian Film Festival at Yale (LIFFY), Festival of New Latin American Cinema, World Cinema Amsterdam, Kaleidoskop-Filmforum. Her most recent short film, Atardecer en el trópico (Sunset in the tropics) (2019) was winner of the Norwegian Fund for Cuban Cinema and of the Go-Cuba 2018 fund of the World Cinema Amsterdam Festival and official selection of the 41st Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival.
