Aaba se centra en una aldea alejada de Arunachal Pradesh, en el nororeste de India. Una niña huérfana que vive con sus abuelos se entera de que su abuelo tiene cáncer de pulmón en estado avanzado y probablemente sobrevivirá sólo unas pocas semanas.
Grandfather is set in a remote village of Arunachal Pradesh in North East India. An orphan girl staying with her grandparents comes across the news of her grandfather being in the advanced stages of lung cancer and that he would probably survive just a few weeks.
DIRECCIÓN: Amar Kaushik
Sin contactos en la industria cinematográfica, Amar Kaushik ha estado nueve años trabajando en la dirección, como asistente, como director asociado, hasta director de segunda unidad, mientras trabajaba con algunas de las mejores mentes de Bollywood. En 2016, Kaushik hizo su primer cortometraje, Aaba, basado en una historia verdadera que había escuchado de su madre. Amar está trabajando actualmente en su primer largometraje.
With no contact in the film industry, Amar Kaushik worked for 9 years as an assistant director, associate director, and finally second unit director, while working with some of the best minds in Bollywood. In 2016, Kaushik made his first short film Aaba based on a true story he had heard from his mother. Amar is currently working on his first feature film.
