DIRECCIÓN: Mahdi Fleifel

Nacido en Dubai, Mahdi Fleifel vive y trabaja entre Dinamarca, Inglaterra y Grecia. Se gradua en la National Film & Television School. Su primer largometraje, A World Not Ours, se estrenó en el TIFF ’12. En 2016 gana un Oso de Plata por A Man Returned. Su siguiente película, A Drowning Man, fue seleccionada en la competición oficial de Cannes y nominada para un BAFTA. Su última película, I signed the petition, ganó el premio al mejor corto documental en el IDFA y fue nominada para los European Film Awards en 2018.
