Max, un joven de 23 años, trabaja en la pescadería de su padre. En este negocio familiar los días son largos y monótonos. La llegada de Zoe, una aprendiz entusiasta y llena de vida, perturba su rutina.
Max, a 23-year-young man, works in his father’s fish shop. In this family business, the days are long and dull. The arrival of Zoe, an enthusiastic and flively trainee, shakes up Max’s routine.

París, 1997. Creció en París y Burdeos, y se mudó a Lausana a los 18 años para estudiar cine en la Cantonal Art School of Lausanne. En 2017 dirigió su primer cortometraje, Fait maison y otros dos en 2018: Rendez-vous vendredi y Au travail, un documental sobre una joven directora de orquesta. Sous les écailles es su película de graduación, realizada en 2019.
Colombe Rubini was born in Paris in 1997. She grew up in Paris and Bordeaux, then moved to Lausanne at the age of 18 to study cinema at ECAL (Cantonal art school of Lausanne). In 2017 she directed her first short film Fait maison (Home made) and two others short films in 2018 Rendez-vous vendredi (See you Friday) and Au travail (Back to work), a documentary about a young woman conductor. Sous les écailles (Under the fish scales) Is her graduation film, made in 2019.
