年尾巴

DIRECCIÓN: Chieh Yang.

Prepara un máster de director y guión en la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York. Se graduó de la Universidad Nacional Chengchi en Taiwán. Escribió y produjo el cortometraje Ping Pong Coach y ganó el premio al mejor cortometraje estudiantil en el Festival de Cine de Tribeca. Cronos, cortometraje que escribió y dirigió, fue semifinalista en el Student Academy Award. También ganó el premio a la mejor edición en el Premio Golden Harvest y se convirtió en miembro de la Academia del Golden Horse Film Festival en 2016. Le fascinan las películas fantásticas y el realismo mágico. La mayoría de sus primeras películas se inspiran en el cuento para dormir que su padre le contaba cuando era niña.

Chieh is studying at Columbia University directing and screenwriting MFA in New York City. She graduated from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.  She wrote and produced the short film Ping Pong Coach , won the best student short film award in Tribeca Film Festival. Cronos the short film she wrote and directed, was semi-finalist in the Student Academy Award. She also won the best editing Golden Harvest Award. She became member of the Golden Horse Film Festival Academy in 2016.  She is fascinated by fantasy movie and magical realism. Most of her early films are inspired in  the bedtime story her father told her when she was a child.
