CUANDO ÉRAMOS REYES (1999-2009)

Una historia sobre el orgullo de barrio, el fin de la niñez y la renuncia de los sueños. Narra la historia de un grupo de adolescentes de la ciudad de Cáceres, que se conocen el mismo día que descubren el botellón. Se presenta aquí este fenómeno social no desde una perspectiva analítica, sino desde una visión sentimental y propia de los mismos chicos que lo vieron nacer y combatieron la ley que decidió prohibirlo, ahora ya convertidos en hombres.

A story about pride in a neighborhood, the end of childhood and the giving up of dreams. It tells the story of a group of teenagers in the town of Cáceres, who met the same day they discovered what a “botellón” was. This social phenomena is shown not from an analytic perspective, but from a sentimental look and personal belonging to the boys who were at the moment of its birth and fought against the law which decided to forbid it; now they become adults.
