MOMMA DON’T ALLOW

El Club de Jazz Wood Green se reúne en una sala del "Fishmongers Arms". Los chicos modernos y sus chicas después de trabajar; mecanógrafas y sus novios… Los únicos cuya diversión es sintética, que no encajan, es un grupo de excursión por los barrios bajos. Entre los dos mundos no hay contacto. los "Pijos" se van; los otros se quedan, para bailar con su alegría de la vida sin timidez o inhibiciones.

The Wood Green Jazz Club meets in the spare room of the "Fishmongers Arms". Teddy boys and their girls come here after work; typists and their boy friends… The only ones whose enjoyment is synthetic, who do not fit in, is a party out on a slumming spree. Betweem the two worlds there is no contact. The "Ritzies" depart; the others remain, to dance their joy of living without self-conciousness or inhibition.
